Welcome to the biggest linked ski area in the world and also one of the most impressive. America's six largest ski resorts would fit into the Three Valleys. The lifts (over 200!) are second to none, and the lift pass system went hands-free last season making it an unbeatable combination.
Skiing in the Three Valleys is all about travelling. You can set out in the morning and have skied four valleys by the close of the day. Early intermediates can ski quite happily never leaving their valley all week. If you haven’t skied here before, nothing prepares for the vastness that awaits you.
Our favourite runs...
Beginners: There are excellent nursery slopes above both 1650 and 1850.
Intermediates: Try the long, sweeping
Combe de la Saulire from top to bottom first thing in the morning.
Advanced: If you love moguls, try the black
Suisses and
Chanrossa runs.
Off-piste:For newcomers to off-piste, the Tour du Rocher de l’Ombre is well worth a visit. Always take a guide.
