Berg restaurant seekopf

To get here take the main Seekopf or Zursersee four-man chair up, restaurant is located at the top of chair on skier's right. As in Stuben, Zürs can suffer from wind so this is a great location to cover from the elements, all the more welcome for the relaxed atmosphere created by the local owner. It's also ideal for easy days on the piste, and a convenient meeting place for groups. A mixture of European and Austrian meals are available; wurstle (€5.20), a good knödel soup (€4.60), spaghetti - with a choice of five different sauces (€8.50) - and chilli con carne (€9). Prices are at the lower end of mid-range. Good children's menu. It's quite small inside, with standard décor, but cosy enough. The large terrace is a sun-trap so you can relax awhile after lunch on good weather days. Open 9.30am-4pm.
