Located at the roundabout, near the taxi rank at the west end of the town. Local family run restaurant, newly-built from old wood yet with a strong authentic kitchen and relaxed atmosphere. The cooking is good, the food is filling and the menu offers lots of opportunities to sample traditional dishes - the only place in town to serve the Austrian speciality pig's trotters - ask for Schweinhaxe (€10.70). The ‘WM platter' (wings, steak and ribs for €25.10) is a popular dish to share between two. The restaurant's proximity to the piste means the ski-school takes the kids in for lunch so be aware of 1-2pm busy time. Don't sit too close to the kitchen unless you like the strong smell of schnitzel cooking! Open 10am-8pm. Reservations only for dinner after 7pm.
