Visit the heritage centre. The original village of Tignes lies under the lac du Chevril. See and hear the very emotional story of how the villagers were forced to abandon their homes and how a great ski resort was born from it. Temporary exhibitions are also held here. Open 4-7pm or in bad weather 2-7pm, closed Saturdays - Free entry.
