Cinema

Turn right out of the station, walk 100m and turn left - the cinema is on your right. Heinz Julen, a Zermatt artist and architect, designed this unique venue. As well as being the local cinema, the Vernissage has a bar and lounge restaurant and hosts parties, club nights and exhibitions. As a cinema it shows all the most recent releases (some even before they are out in the UK). Most films are in English although you should arrive early for these as they can be very popular. Open 5pm-2am.
